Pros

Mostly set your work schedule within parameters they offer. Only a 1st shift that can start as early as 6 am or as late as 8:30. But once you set it, then that is your schedule, until you change it. Causal dress on Fridays (free) and one week a month (but you have to pay $1 a day to participate).

Cons

Being shorthanded is a company strategy for saving money. Low wages are another. Thus leading to high turnover and blatant inexperience that leads to chaos on top of chaos.

Pros

The customers, you get a lot of regulars who are awesome and makes your day better.

Cons

Works you like a slave. No benefits.. Can work for 8+ hours without a break. Management is disrespectful. Just overall little incentive to work there.
