Terrible management, unflexible (and lie about being flexible), no consequences for employees that walk-out, hard workers unrewarded while terrible workers are often considered for management positions, said-hard workers work illegal hours to get things done when nobody else even tries to prep, often terrible and abusive customers that push one over the edge, mentally and emotionally damaging environment, manager's idea of helping during a rush is to breathe down the hard-working employees' necks and tell them how to make the food instead of getting their hands dirty. Absolutely horrible and lazy. Also has a horrific fly infestation that is beyond an exterminator's control- these flies are out in the main floor, bothering customers who are trying to eat.
