Pros

Allows 30 cents up with experience to start. Most of the job for cashier is pretty easy. Nice customers.

Cons

Speedway expects too much. The speedway I worked at had horrible management and planning. 5 people quit in my 2 months of working there.

The customers are amazing and nice

Cons

Don’t work here unless your going to be a slave to management, be given vacation time and not be allowed to use it. Management play favorites. Favorites get away with things that are not allowed and regular employees are held to a unrealistic standard. Executive team/ corporate are completely out of touch with what is going on at store level with management. Store level management do things that are unethical and prey upon the younger women that work for them.
