Minimum pay. I was putting in full time hours but i was considered part time. i was there for 4 years and they couldn't even pay me more than 9 an hour. I learned how to do the morning reports as well as everything else a manager could do.I worked double shifts on holidays since no one wanted to work so maybe i could get promoted but that never happened. It's a dead end job with absolutely no opportunities for advancement. This job is a one way street to being in poverty and on welfare. This job also managed to suck the happiness out of me. When i quit, it was like a big boulder was lifted off my shoulders. do not work here if you value your happiness

Not enough labor hours. Unreachable bonuses. Everyone took a pay cut with new bonus program. Lack of understanding and compassion for a store managers day to day job. No flexibility. Managers have no power, they are nothing more than overpaid cashiers and maintenance.
