      Not as great as hiring managers make it seem

      Pros

      Most things aren't super hard. Pretty good room for advancement. Measurable goals are set. Communication is strong with upper management.

      Cons

      Way too much work and definitely not enough pay. Hiring managers make you believe the compensation and bonus potential is great, but unless you run a huge store with high volume and excellent margins, you basically have no bonus potential. There is also far more discussion of negative things, and things you did wrong, than there is discussion of praises and what you did well. They drag their feet on raises and promotions.

      Pros

      Cannot think of one positive.

      Cons

      Run from this place if you are a decent, self-respecting human being. If they do not like you or feel threatened by your abilities, they will come up with a stupid reason to fire you. I have worked in retail for over twenty years but only lasted four weeks in this dungeon before they fabricated a reason to let me go. Remember, twenty years in retail without any problems and four weeks into my so called "training" here and its adios. Oh, and by the way, they shorted me on my hours on the last paycheck. You have been warned!
