Pros

Weekly pay, enjoyed working with peers and other managers in the district, decent benefits. Good bonus program if you are working at the right store.

Cons

Upper management is inconsistent and unhelpful. District managers promote managers and do not continue training and coaching through out your career. Company expectations are unrealistic. Staffing and turnover is always an issue which makes for longer work days. Some stores are located in bad neighborhoods making it dangerous for the employees and hard to meet company sales goals because of the theft, and they refuse to hire security.

Pros

Start at $12/hr, 50 hours per week with 10 hours paid at time and a half. Good benefits and chance to earn bonuses.

Cons

Said bonuses are very difficult to earn due to very extensive in-store inspection policies. Not enough hours given to store management to complete all tasks.

Pros

- Pay slightly higher than minimum wage - Regular customers

Cons

- Manager put me on for two shifts in another store on days I had been informed I would have off, no body told me I had these shifts coming up and I lost my job because of this. - No breaks, I worked a 13 hour shift. Which I can do if I had small amounts of down time in between but it was in a very busy location so that wasn't possible. I was the only employee at the store for those hours. -Not enough training on truck, I found myself working truck nights with little idea as to what I was doing because no one had instructed me. - Ridiculous dress code, I once got written up for wearing capris that came below my knee in the summer when the ac in our store didn't work.
