The initial training was very sporadic: they transferred me to a couple different stores so my training was broken. The hours required to work were all over the place as well, fitting me in where I was needed without regard to my personal schedule. (I'd work 4am-3pm one day, just to work 12p-11pm the next, and 7am-4pm the day after that, weekends, holidays, and never had 2 days off in a row. The expectations of the comanager were extremely high, too, placing people alone at stores they've never been at, then checking up on your 1st day at the new store (where you know where nothing is at, all the codes and passwords are different, the vendors, ordering, and delivery dates are different...) and they expect it to be picture perfect. You don't get breaks, there is no where to sit even if you did get a break so you end up standing for 10+ hours a day, hungry because you couldn't eat anything all day.
