      Pros

      Regular customers are amazing. Job security. A growing business. Food and coffee is delicious. Strong sense of promoting from within. Decent benefits for full time employees.

      Cons

      Working alone especially during late or early hours. Ridiculous expectations and goals. An absurd amount of policies and zero discounts or perks. Bonus potentials that usually end up being little to no money. Schedule changes, employees are full of drama. Have to cover call offs. Customers can be nasty sometimes. No consistency between employees or other stores within the company. The job itself isn't bad and a lot of the time even enjoyable but all the little added b.s. makes it hard to want to go to work everyday.

      It's like having in the worst nightmare you could ever imagine

      Pros

      Besides meeting a few really good people, there's absolutely NOTHING good about working for this company

      Cons

      You are forced to work weeks on end with no day off, pull double shifts all the time because they won't find anyone to help you. You have no choice because most of them are open 24 hours so if you leave you get fired for leaving the store unattended. If you have a home life or family you can say goodbye to them if you work here. Oh, and god forbid you are the lucky employee stuck overnight COMPLETELY alone ( 90% of speedways open 24 hrs only have 1 employee the entire overnight shift.....real safe....) and get robbed, because you will get fired.
