Pros

Weekly paycheck. Direct deposit. That's it.

Cons

Manager will leave early and edit punch for later and acts like its okay. Long hours and only one person on 2nd and 3rd shifts. Long lines and customers don't care why coffee isn't made. or drink cups are empty.

Pros

There are no pros I can think of. Management is very lax. Guess that's a pro to some.

Cons

Everything. No one is paid enough. There's no such thing as a work-life balance, especially in management. If someone doesn't show, you're working 18 hours that day. No strong HR presence. Crazy people shop here. Turnover is incredibly high. It's way too much stress for a pay rate that makes it impossible to pay your bills.
