In most stores being understaffed is a consistency that often leads to overworked employees who hate their jobs. The company does not stand behind its values, the number one value being people, which also happens to be the name value they violate. More than one manager has had their employment terminated without cause, and as a result received their job back, while other managers who consistently display poor work and attendance continued to be employed.

corporate cares more about their bottom dollar than their employees. they would rather hire inexperienced managers and district supervisors so they can pay them less than if they promoted from within. no breaks or lunches.
