Pros

Weekly Pay. Good bonus structure. Lots of locations. Expanding. Meeting lots of people every day. Competitive pay for Co-Managers and Store Managers.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations from there part time employees. Depending on location, the store manager may be a poor manager. For management your bonuses is affected by 19 KPI's. On any given month, 8-10 of these kpi metrics are completely out of your control. Slow advancement. for part time employees, the hours fluctuate a lot. If you aren't a people person, don't apply for this company. People are the business,

Pros

Getting to know customers that make your work day so much better. If you have a caring boss it can be a decent work environment.

Cons

Company prides themselves on taking care of the people who work for them, they constantly say it's about us workers at store level but they constantly over work and under pay. Any type of position higher than a cashier is all stress, plenty of hours covering for the cashiers who don't show up because they expect so much with giving no labor to run the store so everyone gets overwhelmed.
