Weekly Pay. Good bonus structure. Lots of locations. Expanding. Meeting lots of people every day. Competitive pay for Co-Managers and Store Managers.

Unrealistic expectations from there part time employees. Depending on location, the store manager may be a poor manager. For management your bonuses is affected by 19 KPI's. On any given month, 8-10 of these kpi metrics are completely out of your control. Slow advancement. for part time employees, the hours fluctuate a lot.
