Pros

The overall benefits package is unmatched with the 401K and retirement benefits. These cannot be compared to 99% of other companies out there.

Cons

Work/life balance can be a major issue, on call 24/7/365. The pay is lower than similar positions in other companies. Expectations continue to rise at all levels based on certain KPI’s with the target continuing to change which makes consistency difficult. This in turn is hurting the customer experience which got Speedway where they are today.

Pros

Dynamic & fast-paced work environment. Fortune 200 company. Strong brand. Benefits: Life, health, dental & vision insurance, 401k, tuition reimbursement etc.

Cons

Lack of command chain. Had to report to multiple people who worked at completely different fields. No work-life balance at all. Had to spend 60+ hours every week. Unnecessarily long training period, especially store assignment phase. Company is so cheap that questioned business expense of $15 spent on lunch.
