Pros

There are absolutely no pros that I can think of about working for speedway.

Cons

No work life balance No communication between any level of management or people above. Do not offer competitive wages for any employee They are not a company that cares about their employees. 10 hr mandatory days daily becoming 18 hr days 50 hr mandatory weeks becoming 60 or 70 Being salary for all the extra work you do No recognition for running a great store. DMs not being fully trained enough means they have no idea how to help managers or stores. DMsv refusing to answer calls and texts in emergencies. The list of cons is very long!

Pros

From a corporate standpoint, great compnay to work for. Great benefits, very accomodating.

Cons

Would never work for store level. GMs and DMs are extremely harsh on minimum wage employees. Not worth it!

Pros

•Weekly pay •there really aren’t any pros •some customers are nice? •work experience?

Cons

•HORRIBLE training. I was trained by people who were also new, and needed training as well. Meaning I wasn’t getting trained correctly. Or they depend on the computer training.(which is awful) •My speedway plays favorites based on looks. •If they don’t want you anymore, they’ll start giving you a hard time and slowly cutting your hours. Because you can’t fire for no reason. •Depending on shift, you get blamed for everything. •Refuse to hire more people for Specific shifts •Customers expect their 8 orders to be done quickly as if they are at McDonald’s. •Management makes excuses, any problems the employees get blamed, they have no clue how to order(over ordering/under ordering products). •24/7 store with heavy traffic, not giving time for a DEEP cleaning in the kitchen. Which is needed. •Extremely stressful job, it will really burn you out. •No breaks, nor can you sit down. •Everyone quits after a week or 2(at mine.) what does that tell you.
