Pros

The business outlook is strong and we don't have funding issues that other startups need. The management team is responsive to what's happening and trying hard to make this work. Continuously trying to innovate and high bias for action.

Cons

The SF office is getting small but we're solving for this by moving into a bigger space. More training initiatives and learning opportunities for growth and development.
