Pros

- The team is excited and committed to be here - Great talent is coming into the door by the day / team is rapidly expanding globally - Work hard, play hard environment - Employees are supportive of one another and like to see each other succeed - Company is backed by Ford Motor - and they're hands on with the process as well

Cons

- Running out of private booths and conference rooms (but looking into new office spaces early to mid 2020!)

Pros

This is a review of the company work culture at Spin HQ in San Francisco. There are so many good things to say about this high growth company! From the startup-like atmosphere to the collaborative nature of Spin employees and Spin leadership. Everyone works hard and understands that the goals are lofty but there is no ego present, which is huge at such a high performing and blossoming company. There is also a ton of growth potential here, as teams are scaling quickly. Most employees have a great attitude and are happy to come as the micro-mobility space is on the ride!

Cons

While scaling, there is a lot of work to be done and teams are sometimes spread thin, for now.
