Pros

Employees are laid back and easy to talk to. I love that they ask for your assistance instead of demanding or telling you what to do. They take your time and eligibility into account prior to assigning task. The swag is great from tees, socks, jackets, water bottles, etc. The mentorship from managers to provide guidance for upward mobility is great.

Cons

Hourly corporate employees don't get paid for holidays along with some perks such as free lunch that's provided at HQ.

•Super talented operations team (entry-level ops to senior leadership) •Senior leadership is heavily involved in the day to day grind. They are often the ones who respond to general chat questions and often out to individuals across the companies. This has a major positive impact on the work culture. No unnecessary bureaucracy yet. •Still in start-up mode - so lots of opportunities to expand your scope and have a major impact on the company. •We are growing!
