Pros

Working at Spin is very fast paced and you get a lot of autonomy while given all of the tools you need to get the job done. The support from other markets, other departments, leadership and senior leadership is top notch. The company is growing, and seems to be a lot of opportunity to make a real impact. Good medical/dental/vision/life insurance/short term disability/partial dependent coverage/lunch benefits.

Cons

No 401k. Commuter benefits don't seem to work in my market because Uber and Lyft doesn't have the option here.
