      You eventually build patience from constant frustration.

      Cons

      Working here was absolutely exhausting. The leadership acted like a cult that expected everyone to worship their every decision while ignoring the obvious problems right in front of them. Every day felt like damage control because no one actually had a plan. The abuse of power was so normalized that people stopped speaking up just to survive the chaos. Talented employees were wasted doing meaningless work while clueless managers took credit. It's kind of place thar drains your energy and makes you forget what healthy leadership looks like.

      The pay is better than some offers I received, but that's not a high bar.

      Cons

      Having a chaotic leadership results in having many dissatisfied and unhappy clients. The leadership of Spinutech is horrible and disorganized. You only have to work here for a few weeks to realize how unreliable and ineffective the leadership is. I expect more awful things to happen given the terrible leadership of this company. What makes things worse is the fact that employees often get blamed for the leadership’s incompetence. And we’re also the ones who receive the negative comments from our dissatisfied clients.

      You're able to work remotely, which was great since I don't think I could've stood having to commute to work when it's already so miserable.

      Cons

      Leadership is incompetent. They have no idea what they are doing and constantly make terrible decisions. They hire people with years of experience and expertise, but constantly dismiss their feedback and fail to make use of their talents. All of the decisions they make are in an effort to chase short-term gains, while completely ignoring any long-term ramifications. Their lack of planning and vision has led to a lot of problems that employees are forced to clean up after. What's worse is the fact that they keep repeating the same mistakes over and over again because they refuse to take any accountability for their actions.
