Pros

*Very supportive manager, great people, great perks, good pay, often encouraged to develop my own ideas. Been here almost a year and its hands down the best job I've ever had. I'm really lucky to have such a great team.

Cons

Very male dominated but that's just the space industry in general

- Visionary team and product - Very DIY environment - Opportunity to grow - The experience of being part of the build and growth journey of products - Good leaders - The place is perfect for someone wanting to learn new and many things, wants to work autonomously, likes a fast-paced environment, and looking to be in a position of leading things.

Cons

- High pressure - Scale-up challenges - Not enough infrastructure - office space, team activities, company-planned fun things, etc.

- You have to be adaptable as the company is growing and changes can happen, which is not necessarily a bad problem to have
