Pros

Paychecks for dumb people and encouragement for smart people to find better jobs elsewhere.

Cons

Management isn't industry smart. The focus is on selling company & profit margin at the cost of employees; management fakes numbers to make the world look great.

Interviews lined up at other companies.

Cons

Constant lies. Long hours. Never appreciated. Management just hoping the company gets sold so they can cash in their stock and bail.

Pros

If you are incompetent you will get to stay on at Spireon as low performers, poor work ethics, unqualified management and sub par engineers are the few remaining. Some good engineers left but motivation is very low at the moment.

Cons

Products built by hackers and tested by inexperienced unqualified QA resources. Products don't scale well for large Customer Accounts and no testing done. Customers are finding issues before QA due to very low quality focus. Layoffs and firing is ongoing every few months. Productive, dedicated resources are either burnt out or fired due to the constant tussle between Spireon and Equity Firm. Equity firm builds crappy products and then critizize support Spireon Engineers.
