Pros

The benefits are about average. Being salary, the hours are flexible. The base pay is sufficient. Most of the employees in the office were great co-workers.

Cons

The company used to care about us as employees. That all changed around the first of the year. The management team is excruciatingly simple-minded and has no imagination. They are too busy hiring friends to lead to consider what may legitimately benefit the office. They took quota from tough, but fun to attempt hitting to a point where it is impossible to accomplish and then refuse to pay a decent commission.

Pros

Average employees are trying hard against the odds

Cons

Products are being build by hackers. Investment firm placing friends in the company. Morale is very low. Only good comments on this site are from the marketing department trying to even out the sentiment

OMG, did the new CEO really do that?

Pros

Great medical benefits, good holiday pay and 401k plan. Overall good benefit package. Many staff that really care about what they do.

Cons

Really? Really? The reorganization is a complete failure. Product Management now comes under the CMO. They took all the marketing people and made them Product Managers! As one client told me before I left the company, " Your so called Product Management team lacks the technical insight..." Another asked why they Product Management group was not made up of technical people. Just saying, seems odd that a technology company would have marketing people act as product managers. Not sure how they will stop the employee turnover. It was at 18%, but now with this new change the really good technical people are leaving each week. Certainly does not help with the re-org that the CEO lays off 2 key Sr. employees that helped build the company. This decision has not gone over well and many key technical people and consequently they are looking to leave asap.
