Pros

Low Cost - If you really need to go somewhere the ticket prices are very affordable. Inflight Uniforms - A lot of options. New Planes - New and easy to use airbus A319 , A321, and soon A320. FLL InFlight Supervisors - The ladies in the office are very kind. Health Insurance - PPO in network is the best. Some genuine good people. Company Slogan- "It is what it is"

Cons

Nasty Planes - Rarely get properly cleaned. Not Everyone Has / Wears a uniform. Mom and Pop Airline. Horible Training in all departments. No Customer Service - Hurry up and wait. Every man, woman, and child are on their own. The list goes on and on. etc.
