      Excellent job security, annual Christmas 'bonus' is a GIFT from the residents determined by hours worked throughout the year, annual Christmas gift from the company is different & thoughtful every year, excellent friendly & reliable staff in every department, annual raises/ reviews

      Can take a while for toxic workers to get fired due to needing a list of evidence/ repeated reports of instances

      Horrible nurse management, DON and ADON: they work by intimidation, bullying and deceit. No support extended to floor nurses, especially PRN/part-time individuals. Practice favoritism: unfair assignments.
