      Flexible work hours make it a great first part-time job. Amazing scholarship offer.

      Like most service jobs it can be stressful and frustrating dealing with rude or mean customers.

      Management could use some work no regards to your school schedule Very biased to certain servers (favoritism) some rules apply to some servers and not others
