Thank you for noticing our excellent leadership! Outpatient ortho is definitely a busy environment. We're so sorry that you feel it was a lot of work for not enough pay. We work really hard to support our employees however we can, but we are always open to hearing feedback and learning where we can improve. We are always looking for therapists who enjoy the faster pace of an outpatient setting and thrive in it. We like to think we do a pretty good job of finding the best outpatient therapists in the valley! We'd love to hear additional feedback about our benefits and where we can improve. Healthcare can certainly be confusing, so however we can simplify things, we would love to do it! Maternity and paternity leave are covered under FMLA. We'd love to hear more about this from you.
