      Pros

      Employee health is a huge priority, get physical therapy anytime you need it at no cost. All clinics have the same welcoming vibe.

      Cons

      Hourly compensation could be better.

      The best feeling is to leave!

      In the compensation model 50/50, 70/30, 90/10 the employee takes all the risk. Each clinic has a different culture. Most of the clinic managers are hired within and are scrambling to the top. Watch out for your back, might have a knife in it. Horrible benefits, although management feels that they are cutting edge in this area, PLEASE!
