Pros

The patients are the best part and the interactions you have with them.

Cons

No connection with physical therapists and technicians. Physical Therapists are arrogant and do not do whats best for the patient. Worked as a technician, but my title should have been slave. Horrible pay and owner/management did not care about it's employees. (hence the reason for high turnover). Benefits were average.

Pros

Bonus is possible every quarter if your hit unattainable financial goal that is set.

Cons

The lack of staff, and under-trained staff. The high turn over rate posses a large challenge as well. The expectations set are unattainable by anyone, which in turn leaves everyone scrambling and stressed.
