      Not enough help for such a busy location, I informed my concerns to management and didn't do anything about it.

      Keep Looking. They will tell you what you want to hear to work for them and then do nothing to keep you.

      Pros

      Not any pros-Glad I got out of that sinking ship. If anything good is just meeting awesome patients. Nothing about the business.

      Cons

      Pay, Management, Leadership, Micromanagement, Company is growing too fast and doesn't care about their employees. Very corporate just care about the almighty $. Way too many meetings that you literally could have written in an email. Meetings about the last meeting. Not about patient care as they fully book schedules. Not time for documentation and get told by manager to do on own time.
