      Pros

      The company is committed to its core values and culture. It is focused on developing its people through varies programs at all levels. The CEO is involved in mentorship and in the clinic on a regular basis. Overall the company is full of talented, knowledgeable, passionate and energetic individuals.

      Cons

      I do not have any cons as I believe they are continuously working on becoming better based on employee feedback.

      Pros

      They challenged me to grow and I learned continuously because that is what I like to do.

      Cons

      With success we became very busy but management was helpful in supplying adequate resources so that patient care did not suffer.

      Pros

      They offered 4/10's. Therapist are wonderful and very well skilled . Growing company. All in all, despite the stress, I gained so much knowledge.

      Cons

      The politics were horrific. Very subjective. Had a great philosophy but didn't follow through on it. At the time, management did not listen to concerns. They have new management now, so it may be much better.
