Pros

The only Pro that I have is that I have met some of the best people who were just as unlucky as me to work for this crap hole.

Cons

1. LOW pay 2. Experimental Online ONLY health insurance(don't forget to activate your ins card) 3. Extreme Favoritism 4. Seniority Rules (sorry new hires-forget about getting holidays off EVER) 5. NO Overtime available 6. Complex Pay Schedule- seems like you are not paid fairly 7. No room to grow- unless you work for RCM in Scottsdale but even then pay still not worth stress 8. Unrealistic goals- patients seem to be just a number 9. Unbelievable Company Secrets. 10. High turnover company wide- HR(3-4 in just 5 yrs), Patient Service Coordinators, Techs, PT(certain clinics)

Pros

The patients are the best part and the interactions you have with them.

Cons

No connection with physical therapists and technicians. Physical Therapists are arrogant and do not do whats best for the patient. Worked as a technician, but my title should have been slave. Horrible pay and owner/management did not care about it's employees. (hence the reason for high turnover). Benefits were average.
