- Work on exciting products, at least in my case - Work with some great people

- Leadership seems doesn't have clear goal what they want actually - Work environment has become more and more toxic due the management decisions lately - It seems that management doesn't really cares or values workers and engineers who are the core of the company

- Work with some great people - Can get away with doing minimal work if you want

- Management & friends completely detached from the people actually doing the work, spend all their time at awards nights, ‘culture workshops’ and patting each other on the back. This results in an absence of leadership or direction as none of them have a clue (or seem to care) about the people or products they are managing. - Most talented and knowledgeable people are looking to leave, not a positive outlook for the company. - Bloated mid management layer. - Incoming 5 day a week in office from October. - No scope for progression and below average salary.
