Pros

Window dressing of an attractive place to work

Cons

First go back and read the review I reference in my headline. Then read management's response. There is absolutely NO ownership to any of the specifics presented in the review. RED FLAGS everywhere! The argument that none of this could be true because the company has grown is poor at best. There are countless other businesses bigger and more "successful" than SPOT that crumbled because of their own unethical treatment of employees and customers. I cannot begin to tell you how dysfunctional some of the leadership is here. But they prey on new naive grads to replace those who come to the realize how they are being used as scapegoats for supervisors who lie to customers and throw employees under the bus for their own mistakes.

Pros

The office space is nice , you are in the heart of downtown. Catered lunch, often.

Cons

Leadership is lacking. Not much support or training. A system based on favorites. Lacking professionalism. Leaders have zero tact and talk down to employees and drivers. No regard for anyone’s personal time. You will receive aggressive emails after hours, so make sure you never make a mistake. Boys club. Unless you are ready to work 13 hour days 6 days a week, this job isn’t for you. Also the benefits (insurance, PTO, 401k) are expensive for what they offer.

Pros

Modern, professional with environment w/ friendly colleagues.

Cons

No work/life balance, expected to drop everything for work-related communications regardless of day/time. No employee advocates..managers control everything and you have no input. I was sick for 3 days during my training period and they fired me the following Monday.
