The Executives at Spot have put in a ton of work to help you be as successful as possible. From the open door policy, to spending countless hours in training, and even developing a custom TMS system. If you are willing to work hard then you will be very successful with Spot because they will notice your efforts. The only reason I left Spot was because my family relocated. Spot has been more than generous to me and my family as we moved to another state.

Cons

The freight industry is a very unique industry and is not for everyone.
