Pros

This company has dug in like a tick to an excellent niche market..... It could be run by spongebob squarepants and it still wouldn't go under.

Cons

It's being run by spongebob squarepants. It seems as though the executive level thinks they have to reinvent the wheel at every level. Rather than modelling successful business practices, coaching methods, and following practical industry standards, they want everything to be "organic" regardless of how it impacts employees. I wouldn't work there again.

Only plus is a decent looking office. Unused bowling alley. Unused gym.

Cons

All poor reviews that have been written are 100% true, AND THEN SOME. Commission structure is a joke. They hire anyone off the street. Don't waste your time here.

Pros

Training is top notch, fun atmosphere, and great co-workers. Able to make good money if you grind and have good sales skills.

Cons

No transparency, micromanaging by some, you are a #, with no value to employees. If you want a job, you will get it. This is shown by the constant mass hiring of AM's. They will bring you in thinking you make commission after three months, but you will find you're working off a draw and wont reach anything worth talking about for a yr, yr and a half.
