Cons

Work-life balance: Do not expect to have a life outside of this place. Whether it’s issues with your shipments or the fact that you have to be on call for an entire day during the weekend (which wasn’t disclosed throughout the interview process). Base pay is pretty average, could be better or worse. You have to pay half of the cost of the parking pass bi-weekly. Insurance plans are absolute trash and cost way too much. CEO is more concerned with wearing his $700 Balenciaga sneakers around the office than finding cost-effective benefits packages for his employees. Commission structure is not great. In order to hit commission, you have to do at least $15,000 margin during a pay period. AKA, unless you are an incredibly high achieving new rep, you won’t be seeing commission until 8-9 months in, leaving you with just your base pay.

Pros

Great people. Great philosophy coming from the executive positions. Could potentially be great with some changes to the management team and/or additional training.

Cons

Management flip flops on policy, week by week. They fail to execute on the philosophies of the founders. Management is also not receptive of any feedback, even though they have an “open door policy”. It’s well known around the company that if you put in a two week notice, you’ll be fired on the spot. Showing everyone that employees aren’t valued. There is no work/life balance. To be successful, you are always on call.
