Accrual- based PTO so time off is limited at the start of employment. 100% in office

Pros

Spot is full of helpful and personable people. From managers to trainers to nearly everyone in the building, you'd be hard pressed to find someone unwilling to help you with just about anything.

Cons

The work is a grind, but once you learn the ropes things become easier and more simplified. Which is why the support staff is so wonderful!

Pros

Everyone in the company is pretty helpful and there's great opportunity within the company.

Cons

The commission structure isn't the best around. Takes a lot more than they told us to reach commission. CRM needs improvement. Lots of bugs that become more frequent
