      -Great compensation -Open-minded company culture -Work/life balance and flexibility -Communicative managers, clear-cut goals -Tons of events and catering all throughout the year -Commission structure for account managers is extremely reasonable, uncapped -Employee discounts on everyday needs, vacations, hotels, park tickets, sports tickets, etc. -Amazing team of technology professionals supporting our in-house application Red as well as all other technological needs -Open lines of communication to just about anyone in the company, including the CEO

      -Remote work would be nice -Benefits could be slightly better

      Pros

      Very great place to work if you like being surrounded with goal-oriented people. If you are new to the logistics industry, they have an entire set up to get you the knowledge and experience you need to become proficient. Amazing people, very fun job. Support team is also very good with taking care of issues, big or small. As long as you put forth the effort you can achieve big things.

      Cons

      It is still a sales position, so outbound calls are heavily pushed. Some days feel endless, but eventually they do end. The market is the market. You may have to take work home with you sometimes, not their fault it's just logistics.

      Training is real extensive for someone new to the freight industry. Uncapped commission, good office culture.

      Cons

      Training is a long process, could likely be downsized.
