-Casual dress code - The occasional free lunch

Cons

-Underpaid -Poorly managed - Department heads do not communicate so they make uninformed decisions. -If there’s any emergency, don’t expect to work from home. -Zero growth opportunities in this specific role. For growth you have to take on a sales job. -Company is looking to automate this department without knowing what that truly means.

Some of the people are nice but that barely does anything for the company

Cons

Heres the reality of working for Spot in the Charlotte office - you are dealing with a major lack of management, and organization. The managers play favorites, their training is awful and what you sacrifice to work there isn't worth what you get out. Take the other one-star reviews to heart. Where there's smoke there is fire. Their HQ doesn't care about the success of their other campuses so don't be surprised if something you work on gets taken by someone who's been there. Spot is riding on the high of their past successes and their inability to adapt and mature will be what holds them back and will be why their turnover rate is so high. Go anywhere else.
