Literally nothing positive about this company

Cons

Don’t work here unless you love being micromanaged. They watch you like a hawk and have cameras covering every square inch of the office. If you miss your numbers for even one month due to no fault of your own, they put you on a plan immediately to “help” you get back on track, but then the micromanaging gets even worse and they encourage you in a positive way to try and be better. They don’t value family/work life balance whatsoever. They never told me anything in my interview about being required to work weekends. This is a high stress job with crap pay.
