Pros

Work hard play hard mentality. Compensation is fair but can require long hours. Days go by extremely fast and no 2 days are the same. I enjoy management and the ability to do things at my own discretion without micromanaging

Cons

I wish we had more PTO and better benefits.

Great working culture. Very casual and fun.

Cons

For an entry level sales role, the pay was about as expected, and there is potential to start making VERY good money once you build a book of business. However, it takes a LOT of work and sometimes a little bit of luck to build and then hold onto that book of business.
