Unrealistic metrics, toxic work environment mainly in the chats, horrible management from the top of the company. You can expect to work the day of a hurricane before they let you go for the day. The company doesn’t care about it’s employees unless your making them money (understandable) but hard to with a horrible market and unrealistic metrics.
