Good teammates, trainers have good intentions. Commission is technically attainable

Cons

Commission is less attainable then they’d have you believe. Turnover is unbelievable. Well actually it’s believable once you’re there a while but it’s more than any job sales or otherwise I’ve ever seen. Benefits suck, office management sits behind closed doors constantly. Managers dictate off of emotion instead of logic. You will notice a “my way or the highway” leadership style that clearly stems from the top.

Pros

The interview and hiring process at Spot was excellent. The recruiters made everything friendly, approachable, and easy to discuss, and the onboarding process was seamless. Spot has the best, most hands-on training program I’ve experienced. The trainers for both Account Manager and Carrier Account roles are extremely knowledgeable and deliver information effectively. Since joining Spot, I’ve had a great experience with both new and long-time coworkers. The Zone Managers are helpful, and the environment is professional yet fun. I highly recommend Spot as a place not only to start a career in sales but also to grow—there’s a lot of opportunity here.

Cons

The logistics business can be challenging and need to be able to stay calm and resourceful during volatile times.
