Pros

If you enjoy a b.s company that runs like a frat house with no real sense of professionalism, pick and choosing to where and who rules apply, and like drinking during work hours this place is for you. They turn a blind eye to what they know happens during business hours.

Cons

No real leadership, HR is an absolute joke and highly manipulative to protect the company and not take real accountability . Has been sued for wage theft, multiple cases of terminating pregnant people. Sexual harassment with supervisors and protects the higher ups. Toxic work environment

Pros

Culture and people are great. You will not find another company that the CEO makes themselves available to every single employee like you will here. I loved working with my co-workers,. For the most part, there are amazing, talented people working here who do a lot. If you are entry level, they do a solid job of providing training tools to get you going.

Cons

They micro manage everything into oblivion, Carrier Sales is so backwardly ran with rules on top of rules on top of rules. You will have three different managers to report to. There is no business development dept. All acct managers are expected to act as their own BDMs. So if you manage larger accounts, you are still expected to put in X amount of cold calls every day to find new business for them. $ wise, you can make a lot. Kiss your social life goodbye though. Work life balance is non-existent. This is a "hustle culture" job. Expect to work nights, weekends, holidays, etc.
