This company's turnover rate is over 85% each year... There is no structure whatsoever and this place caused a lot of employees to lose their mental and physical health due to poor management and guidelines for "Success".

Cons

People walk around talking about their margins when in reality they are freight brokers with no ethics.... The Tampa office should have over

Nice coworkers, teach you a lot about sales and logistics, good entry level job after college

Cons

Cold calling all day in a dead market, unreasonable metrics, target constantly on your back, high turnover, no remote work despite the ability to, no work-life balance, average benefits

Coworkers are fun and office is decent.

Cons

Spot is willfully misleading with their pay. In the job listing for account coordinator, base hourly pay plus commission is advertised. In addition, it is also discussed during the interview, but the recruiters will dance around any questions you have about the amount. But once hired? “That’s not a thing” and you never get more than base pay. No yearly raises, no outlined track for future growth, nothing. There’s not even training for this role specifically. Advice- go elsewhere. Also, 100% of every role within the company can be done remotely but the company enforces working in-office daily. The benefits are also so terrible that it’s cheaper to decline them entirely.
