All the people that are there are always ready to help. And they are always pretty straight forward with you.

Cons

Office started up in the past couple years so there aren't too many people who have been with the company for more than a couple years.

Pros

Most of the people that work here are awesome! With the exception of one team based in Charlotte.

Cons

I've been here for over a year and never received a team bonus despite having it in my contract and being on the top sales team. When I started, they said, “Oh, we don’t do that.” Red Tech is the worst thing I have experienced. Our system crashes every single day. Spot Freight is a tech company with incompetent skills. Good thing we are transitioning to creating podcasts. Sick days are a thing of the past. God forbid you get sick you’ll have to use a personal day.

Pros

RED TMS is outstanding and really makes the day-to-day of working in the logistics industry VERY easy. Great training program, and pay/benefits were very good for the industry. Offices are all super nice and easy to commute to.

Cons

Work-life balance was poor, ownership was reactive and inconsistent regarding instituting new policies and initiatives, fair amount of favoritism from management towards employees - tenured reps were often not held to the same standards as some of their less experienced peers.
