Pros

The office space is nice , you are in the heart of downtown. Catered lunch, often.

Cons

Leadership is lacking. Not much support or training. A system based on favorites. Lacking professionalism. Leaders have zero tact and talk down to employees and drivers. No regard for anyone’s personal time. You will receive aggressive emails after hours, so make sure you never make a mistake. Boys club. Unless you are ready to work 13 hour days 6 days a week, this job isn’t for you. Also the benefits (insurance, PTO, 401k) are expensive for what they offer.

Pros

Anyone outside of management are good to work with and nice.

Cons

Lies and will put you down all the time in front of fellow employees. The "bosses" or "directors" have no idea what's going on and don't have any idea how to even do the job of an account manager so are terrible teachers. You will never make money unless you go drinking with and become best friends with owners or upper level management.

Pros

The people are great. Good location downtown.

Cons

Where to start? Management will lie and tell you that you will hit commission in a year. You won't. The company tries to get employees to give reviews to balance out the bad ones. All of the negative reviews on here are the truth. Very stressful work environment with micromanagement from above. Super high turnover because of poor training and treatment of employees.
