Pros

Spots is in an industry that is always needed so you will have job security so long as you just do your job. There is a potential to make a lot of money or decent money.

Cons

- Certain managers are unskilled/inexperienced in the industry as Carrier Sales and decide to move to Manager positions because they know they wont make it in Sales - Culture overall lacks what they have at their HQ - No work life balance, when they said they do its a lie. - HR is your direct management so if you have a complaint against him and you go to the actual HR rep. He will hear it none the less.

Pros

This job will teach you so much and it really is a big jump into the “real world.”. What you put in is what you get out.

Cons

Unfortunately, you will always be overlooked and told you aren’t doing enough. Employees are not treated good and the company is always so confused when people leave for better pay, life, treatment, etc. CAMs will never be given a fair chance. Employees are also never given any opportunity for feedback into what we think would be for the better for the company. If you don’t work in the CAP center in Indy, good luck. There is also absolutely no room for growth.

Everyone in the company is pretty helpful and there's great opportunity within the company.

Cons

The commission structure isn't the best around. Takes a lot more than they told us to reach commission. CRM needs improvement. Lots of bugs that become more frequent
