Pros

Modern, professional with environment w/ friendly colleagues.

Cons

No work/life balance, expected to drop everything for work-related communications regardless of day/time. No employee advocates..managers control everything and you have no input. I was sick for 3 days during my training period and they fired me the following Monday.

Pros

There are some great people here who work very hard and get rewarded. The office and location is top notch. There is opportunity to make very good money here in sales but you will work 24/7 for it.

Cons

There is a slow ramp up even for the super hungry because training is inconsistent. Reports are meaningless because of the frequency and lack of accountability. Compromised values start at the very top.

High Profile Customer Base Extremely knowledgeable management team with a track record of success Extensive training program (necessary) Every individual who makes it through training, 95%, earns what is compared to a starting salary of an MD Fun environment No signs of slowing down I made enough money in my few years to invest in my future and ultimately start my own company because of the experience that I gained through this company (This is something that the company was aware of and supportive at the same time).
