Coworkers are fun and office is decent.

Cons

Spot is willfully misleading with their pay. In the job listing for account coordinator, base hourly pay plus commission is advertised. In addition, it is also discussed during the interview, but the recruiters will dance around any questions you have about the amount. But once hired? “That’s not a thing” and you never get more than base pay. No yearly raises, no outlined track for future growth, nothing. There’s not even training for this role specifically. Advice- go elsewhere. Also, 100% of every role within the company can be done remotely but the company enforces working in-office daily. The benefits are also so terrible that it’s cheaper to decline them entirely.

Pros

Most coworkers are pretty nice and just trying to get by. Everyone is highly stressed at all times though. Nice office and the training was good.

Cons

Quite literally the worst place I have worked in my 15 years in the work force. Between watching coworkers openly getting yelled at, degraded, micromanaged, constant turnover it was miserable. Even the most tenured employees were burnt out. When you asked why they stuck around, it all boiled down to the “golden handcuffs.” They put up with it because they either did or could make good money. Everyone went to the bars afterwards or chain smoked to deal with the stress. You’d get calls at 3 am sometimes to deal with situations with shipments. The list goes on and on. Also, it was an HR nightmare. Beware, HR can do nothing to help you there.

Pros

They had a modern office, and it was close to alot of good places to get lunch.

Cons

Terrible hours, toxic work environment, and 2 ego-driven micro-managing CEOs. The parking garage they provide is expensive, run-down and attracts alot of vagrants and homeless.
