Cool culture and office. Very laid back environment for the most part.

Cons

They let account managers talk to you horribly and they don’t take the time to train you on your specific accounts.

Pros

Training is top notch, fun atmosphere, and great co-workers. Able to make good money if you grind and have good sales skills.

Cons

No transparency, micromanaging by some, you are a #, with no value to employees. If you want a job, you will get it. This is shown by the constant mass hiring of AM's. They will bring you in thinking you make commission after three months, but you will find you're working off a draw and wont reach anything worth talking about for a yr, yr and a half.
